Dr.Nahavandian in the opening ceremony of the 1st Int'l Halal Seminar in Turkey which was  held on 14th. and 15th. October, 2011 in Ankara while pleasured of ever-increasing Halal trade expanding and accelerating match in countries to allocate some share of this trade and the role of centers issuing halal certificate in assuring consumers and observing them recommended establishing HalalWorld Union Certifying Centers to  make a global discipline with each other's cooperation  and could highlight intellectuality of halal products  through  interaction of religious centers , religious scientists  , scientific and academic communities   .

ICRIC's President added: "Approving a unit standard was an important step   in 2010 COMSEC Meeting after three years of expertise based on ICRIC's Recommended Sandard but this is the beginning to stabilize it in the world which can be implemented   through establishing "HalalWorld Union Centers" to ICRIC's centrality

Abd-ul-Hossein Fakhari, ICRIC Executive Manager and a Member of ICRIC Board of Directors,  also presented reports of the six projects that were launched in ICRIC and enumerated activities and success of halalworld in the recent years  .

Mohammad Reza Karbasi, another member of ICRIC Board of Directors and General Secretary for ECO Chambers noted about the opening of the 1st office for Halalworld in Tajikistan and added that in the near future Halalworld Offices will be opened in 9 other ECO member countries.

Scientists and Scholars of 15 countries like Turkey, Bosnia, Philippine, Germany, Russia, Iran … also speakers of SESRIC (institute affiliated to OIC) delivered 18 lectures   all discussed their researches and experiences with participants in the seminar.

On the sidelines of the seminar the reporters and media executives through interviews with Dr. Nahavandian and other responsible persons   covered the news of the conference.

In this Seminar Dr.Nahavandian appreciated the participated lecturers and professors by donating plaque of remembrance and wished this important event would follow excellent results which are the 1st int'l expediency by ICRIC in Turkey to implement justification conferences to stabilize halal standard.
